LINDA IRWIN, MBA, is the founder and managing partner of
SeeComm Group. Linda provides strategy facilitation,
market research, sales and marketing program development,
and other services that link market analysis with
programs that achieve results. She served as consultant
or executive management staff for many associations
including American Water Works Association, United
States Space Foundation, Scholastic and Medical Education
Collaborative. She’s
provided strategic development consulting for many
organizations and companies including Rockwell/Boeing,
Western Home Furnishings Association, Brothers Redevelopment,
Harcourt Publishing, Colorado Performance Excellence,
and more.
Linda is affiliate faculty member
for Regis University, where she wrote Marketing, Strategic
Management, and Public Administration courses. In 2005,
she was awarded
the Regis University Excellence in Teaching Award. |

BOBBI EWELToffers
a variety of marketing and public relations
experience, from managing corporate branding projects,
writing
collateral materials to planning and implementing public

campaigns. She is able to develop sound and effective
marketing
strategies to accomplish clients' specific goals. Bobbi

ability to understand businesses and convey their special
message
through the creation of newsletters, web sites, fact
sheets, brochures,
advertisements, articles, and direct mail pieces. Her
ability to manage
media and public relations campaigns has resulted in
front page media
stories, product recognition by customers, and an increase
in sales. Her
impressive track record in working with all levels of
management in both
the government and private sector reflects her ability
to manage complex

KARIN HENDERSIN
was Project Director at Burke Marketing Research for
ten years where she designed and conducted research
for the nation’s largest companies and brands
including Proctor & Gamble, Kellogg, Clorox, Coca-Cola
and many others. Her professional work spans 25 years
of quantitative and qualitative work for associations,
educational organizations and businesses. Karin’s
study on public school Internet usage was published
on the New York Times website. Her work for associations
includes membership satisfaction studies, conference
& exhibitor evaluations, readership & website
usage studies, advertising studies and industry compensation
and new product evaluations. She also conducts workshops
on when and how to use market research and how to utilize
its results.

JAN
MAHAN developed
and perfected a strategic sales system that generates
profitable results for non-profit, not-for-profit, business-to-business,
and publishers. Her sales training and management work
with McGraw-Hill, Kinko’s, Scholastic and many
associations demonstrate the system is transferable
to many business environments. One reason her system
is particularly effective for associations is its foundation
in customer relationship marketing. Jan gains a thorough
understanding of clients’ needs and related information,
forms a mutually beneficial bond with the customer and
delivers incremental revenue for organizations. Jan’s
experience includes organizations like IBM, Microsoft,
American Water Works Association, Education Commission
of the States and the American Heart Association. |

PATRICK MAHAN
provides a blend of legal expertise and association
experience that helps clients develop and manage contracts,
negotiate and enforce regulations, and develop processes
to save associations legal expense. His experience was
earned through over 20 years as a private consultant,
attorney, and as Manager and Chief Counsel of Jefferson
County, Colorado serving a population of 450,000 and
a budget of $256 million. Pat was Founder, President
and Director of the Colorado County Attorney Association,
served as Trustee of the Colorado First Judicial District
Bar Association and was an active force in Colorado
Counties Inc. (CCI), the International City and County
Managers Association (ICMA), the National Association
of Counties (NACO), and the National Association of
County Civil Attorneys (NACCA). His expertise is governmental
relations and lobbying/legislative interaction.

JUNE M. SEEFELDT
began her graphic design career at large agencies in
Denver and Los Angeles before establishing her own
independent design company. Her work for clients such
as Sesame Street, National Geographic, LEGO, Apple
Computer, Texas Instruments, Novell, Honda, McDonalds,
Taco Bell, Coca Cola, and Macy’s spans the creative
gamut. June designs basic print materials, high end
marketing brochures and catalogs, websites, book covers,
software packaging, PowerPoint presentations and more.
June creates images that represent the spirit and
mission of an organization. June has a BFA in Fine
Arts from University of Colorado. |

POLLY WIRTZ’
career as executive manager of book sales, direct marketing
and publishing operations enables her to bring a unique
combination of skills to work for clients. She enhanced
growth at divisions of McGraw-Hill Companies, International
Thomson Publishing and QED, a division of Scholastic,
Inc. through clients such as AT&T, Oracle, America
Online, Amazon.com, Netscape and Sybase. She helps
association
publishing and marketing divisions expand publication
sales to
non-members and commercial distributors through
publishing connections established throughout her career.
Polly’s ability to see new business and product
opportunities, as she did by establishing electronic
book licensing at McGraw-Hill, has consistently produced
significant increases in revenue for association clients
in the domestic and international markets. |

TOM DUFFY puts
thirty-three years of knowledge and experience in periodical
publishing to work for his clients. He was Publisher
at the Hearst Corporation for Diversion Magazine, a travel
and leisure publication for physicians; Publisher at
International Thomson for Management Technology magazine;
Ad Director at McGraw Hill Publications Company for Data
Communications magazine; and also worked with Gannett
Company, the newspaper publisher. He founded a publishing
rep firm that produced advertising sales revenue for
American Water Works Association, Instrument Society
of America, Industrial Computing magazine, NASA Tech
Briefs, Inside Automotive, Risk and Insurance magazine
and many more. Tom advises clients on advertising sales
and magazine publishing procedures, sales motivation,
client relationship development and sponsorship sales
and integrated selling. |

MICHAEL CHAPMAN has
helped numerous organizations to work better through
the integration of broad-based organizational and business
improvement
programs. Past clients include IBM, Storage Technology,
Hewlett Packard,
Sun Microsystems, Lafarge Building Materials, Polaroid
Corporation, Ball
Corporation, and McKee Medical Center. Prior to becoming
a management
consultant, Michael's experience includes Director of
Quality for
Celestial Seasonings, Divisional Director of Engineering
and Quality for
Witco Corporation, and Technical and Operations Manager
for James River
Corporation. Michael is a Senior Examiner for the Malcolm
Baldrige
Quality Award and is the founder and former President
of Colorado
Performance Excellence, the Colorado state quality award.
